Stubby Buddy High Rise is an alternative ring compatible with all Stubby Buddy Cages(not including inverted cages) and aims to offer a completely different approach to the base ring of a Chastity cage. Instead of one large opening the High rise has two smaller connected openings and is designed to rest more comfortably and securely higher up on the shaft. In addition the high rise has a second smaller ring that protrudes below the main ring to prevent stimulation of exposed shaft and to help secure you inside the cage. Each ring has a textured surface to increase the grip against the shaft. High rise rings have the same splitter as the standard splitter however due to the new shape the ball trap is fairly restrictive possibly more so than the low pro splitter.

High rise comes in 3 sizes and should be chosen based on shaft girth, depending on the results of the beta test more sizes may be made.

What is a Stubby Buddy Beta Test?
- Beta tests are various attachments, cages or rings that are in public testing before eventually becoming a fully supported part in the Stubby Buddy cage ecosystem.
- Beta Test parts are offered in as a raw (sanded) resin print, or with an acrylic coating, but are not offered in the epoxy coating process used in custom cages at this time.
- Beta Test parts do not have our regular replacement warranty. But should a part fail within the first month you may report the failure to us via the contact page to recieve a partial instore credit refund for the part.
- Feedback is important, you may be contacted and requested to fill out a short questionnaire on your experience with the part. Feedback gathered will be used to tweak the final design before it becomes a full fledged Stubby Buddy.

What is a 'Raw resin print'?
- A Raw Resin print is just a SLA printed part that has been sanded to 400grit to remove any support structures. The part is fully cured and body safe, however the sanding process usually results in a white bloom over the part which will make transparent prints opaque or colored prints washed out and there may be notable imperfections in the surface finish. Raw Resin prints are intended to be worn short term or further sanded by the end user for long term wear.

What is a 'Acrylic Coating'?
- Acrylic coatings are a new process we are beta testing here at Stubby Buddy. Much like our epoxy coatings these are raw resin prints that are treated with a transparent coating to smooth out the print, 'mostly' correct color wash out from sanding and just in general increase the durability of the part. The difference with acrylic is instead of a 2 part epoxy we are using a 1 part air cure acrylic aerosol varnish that cannot be tinted with colour like epoxy. The finish of acrylic is non toxic, and quite smooth, clear and glossy just like the epoxy finish but the coating thickness is much less and therefor the coating is less durable and more prone to wearing off over time. The acrylic coating we use is commonly used in jewelry and cosplay and acrylic is generally considered body safe. Acrylic coating prices are currently discounted while its being tested and will likely rise, although the end goal is for it to still be cheaper than the epoxy coating.
